Personally I think it is generally a bad idea to discuss illegally owned fire arms on public forums like this. Not only does the owner disclose more info than he would like, it can also put other posters in a difficult (legal) position.

So if this pistol is illegally owned, I would kindly ask you to remove this thread altogether.

No, when i said, that it i bought illegaly? Illegaly is shipping guns and important parts in my country. My p08 i bought legaly.

He is talking about part number 7. Your picture makes me think the toggle cannot compress the firing pin spring for some odd reason, like the firing pin is locked inside the breechblock. From the picture you show to fully closed is when the firing pin spring is compressed. Curious! Can you take both side pictures of your gun with the grips off to check the coupling link (part 9) to make sure it is completely engaged. Curious!
