I always feel like they move too slow, its just that a juggernaut takes a long time in moving. I saw the 82nd Airborne dropping supplies for folks further out and that did my heart some good.
I am hoping from this horrible calamity that maybe they will get built up; but coruption and a poor gov't has held them back before, maybe with the worlds eyes on them; things will get better. Ed
