Help identify

So far all the numbers have matched but I haven't taken it all the way down. I fired one round, no problems there.
The holster is very good, old but sturdy, stitching is sound. The pocket for the tool is coming un-stitched. It also has a leather thong which by pulling facilitates the removal of the weapon from the holster.
I am in Colorado by the way.
If it had not been blued what would the value be approximately?
