Never heard of this before or the other one? What kind of oil are they?
Normal oil and rust prevention is what is needed; anything too harsh and you'll screw something up (finish, grips, etc) There have been several threads on this, maybe do a search for "oil rust prevention" etc and see what has been talked about. ed
