Hi

I believe the letter suffix along with the serial number would help determine which grips are correct for the 41-byf. For example, if the pistol were in the - w - block wood SE-655 grips would work. If the pistol was in the no suffix a or b blocks SE-135 would fit. If the pistol were assembled after June of 1941 either black plastic or wood would be correct. Good luck.
