That is a great looking 1913 Commercial. I have no idea how many were produced, but they are very difficult to find. I have #71247 and it was sheer luck. It was for sale at auction and mis-identified. As Dwight has pointed out, "1913 Commercial" is a misnomer as they were almost certainly produced in 1914.
