Photo of Luger is it Navy, Army? Please tell me *photos included*

I can't tell which type of Luger I have please let me know.

Without clear pictures showing the various markings there's now way to tell what you have.

One thing for sure it's probably German in origin.

It could be Army or Commercial, it isn't Navy. Without being able to see the markings on the gun, it is not possible to make a better identification.
