Darryl, it is most likely worth the $1200 minimum; I tried sending you and email or PM, but aren't turned on.
I've give you a $1000 sight unseen (Its a chance for me to do okay, or possibly lose a bit of money), but gut feeling is like I said, it is worth $1200-$1400+.
