Default 1918 EuFurt reworked

I have a 1918 EuFurt luger with no 4-digit serial # but does have a Crown RC stamp. All matching parts stamped 38 & mag. Can date of rework be determined. Impact on value?

obs, the Crown RC does not stand for rework; unless you mean it is obviously reworked.
