Bakel -

1. When Lugers were made, the gun was given a number. And many parts of the gun also received the same number, or the last two digits of that serial number. So if you have a gun that has parts from several different guns, yes, we do say the gun is "mismatched." A collector will prefer a gun that is "all matching." However, if a gun is mismatched, it can still function fine and be used as a "shooter." Some collectors are hesitant to shoot an all matching gun because if you break one of the numbered parts, it will greatly reduce the collector value of the gun.

2. You may find some Lugers which did not come with the stock mount. The stock mount was an idea that was commonly a part of production starting in 1914.

3. Someone else will have to help you with the value of a Luger in Germany since I am not familiar with the values in your country.
