I do still belive the gun is all original.

THe rounded top on the lugers is probably made by hand on a beltsander.


The terrible beltsander is really one of the fauvorite machines in a gunfactory.

When i was working in Voere in Austria they bought 10000 K98 from Jugoslavia and rebuilt to huntingrifles.

All those actions went in to the beltsander and got all the stampings and machiningmarks removed.

It didnt take many minutes for the experinced grinder to do it.
