I should stay home more
Ran into a friend last night-said he had tried to call me but I wasn't home--he has fallen on hard times and needed to unload some stuff-he sold an exc 1917 Artillery with drum for $1800, mint BYF44 P38 for $500 and a exc 1918 holster for $50. Truth is I would not like doing that to a friend-but at least I did not get the temptation--who knows when faced with it...

Re: I should stay home more
Well, you just help him out and allow him to buy the items back later, when he's back on his feet. I would much rather sell my collection to a friend than to strangers if I were faced with hard times.

I agree, I would be glad to buy from a friend and be glad to sell back to them when they want the items back. It would be like taking care of someone's pets for awhile (only not as much trouble).
