Some of the gun parts vendors have been getting pretty crafty about their listing descriptions... Yesterday I saw a bolt for an M1 Garand listed as a Garand Chronograph Testing Device... Other replacement parts are being listed by just the description of "part" with the firearms's name... figuring that word searches will turn up the photo and the buyer will know what he is selling... For example if "M1A Op Rod" is the total description, it will likely get past the auction censors... ( A non gun person would have no idea what that is, but a U.S. Military gun enthusiast looking for an operating rod for an M1A would know immediately what the guy is selling).

Ebay is not staffed to 'police' every auction that is posted...so if you know what you are looking for, be creative in your word search and you just may find it on Ebay...
