Hi Johnny...
Actually - it looks like it wasn't chucked in the lathe correctly (on center)- as the shoulders are off center equally (given the run-out of the top-left to the bottom right)??? If you notice the out of round conditions - it is off on both the right and the left.. And - if the factory did that - it shouldn't have been serialized to a Luger, as it would have been a reject..?? If it was done after the factory - then how was the metal added to the bbl so it could have been turned down (albeit "off center")..?? Thoughts anyone??? |
