I am afraid I am going to have to defer to the experts on the hanging mag problem. Do you have a 2nd mag to try? Have you tried inserting a magazine with the grips off, to try and precisely "eye-ball" the offending obstruction?

Well maybe obstruction wasn't the right word to use, I kinda typed it out in a hurry. I think the magazine realease button is set too far in or something because the inside "catch", makes inserting the mag a but difficult. Where as I think it should be more smooth. I have tried several mags, same results.
