Now that is interesting, I always thought it was the receiver that was controlled. This is confusing because canadian gun laws tend to complicate things further. The barrel here must also be controlled. Just to make sure im not making mistakes... the reciever is attached to the barrel which encases the toggle train... right?

I will have to do reseach because I know the barrel must also be controlled here otherwise you could convert a restricted artillery luger into prohibited 4" barreled Luger. Canada has horrible guns laws...
