I really like the "This Thread Is Worthless Without Pictures" smiley graphic. God forbit it spreads to this forum...

Sounds like a reload problem to me too - very easy to double or even triple charge pistol cases when using fast powders and progressive reloading equipment. The number one cause of blow-ups, beating out barrel obstructions, by my totally unscientific estimation.
