Thanks guys!
Perhaps cast .32 lead and resizing them may be a good option. The 93 grain Hornady bullets had the cannelure makiking a good OAL lenght possible and my BEST reloads for the 1920 commercial that I have! I called Hornady about their bullets being discontinued and the tech guy said that was not true but they had none in stock. ...... Should we start a a "toll free" Hornaday 93 grain "bullet" bullet request? Here is their number, perhaps they will make another run so they won't be discontinued? 800-338-3220 Hornady 30 cal LUGER .308 Soft Point/RN #1440 The more guys that call will speak volumes on the production and the same tech guy will field the calls. Call the company, they will continue to make the bullets if they have enough interest!!! ... or this round will just die out ... I use 4.5 g of 231 with much success. Please call the toll free number, more guys that call will make an impact! It is TOLL FREE! I would say something like this .. " Can't find the the .30 Luger bullets product number 1440 anywhere, have these been discontinued?" My 2c Mark |
