Ken, welcome to the forum. I have never heard of a luger made by Navy Arms Co. I am assuming you are talking about the luger "look-a-likes" that look like lugers but are not true lugers?

Stoeger had a 22 luger and there was a look a like that was a carbine.

Actual lugers were made in 7.65mm and in 9mm, all prior to WW2.

Mauser re-did the luger in the 1970's and then there were other post-war lugers made (but in 9mm).

This is navy arms, they make recreations of american arms, but I did not see anything on lugers...
