Hi Steinar,

Simply a matter of pushing enough lead in the barrel. Thus round one gets stuck in the barrel and round two, three and maybe four try to push it even further.

I had a .30 luger barrel with the same visible bulge after a somewhat unsuccesful reloader had tried his luck with it. A round got stuck en two more round were fired before he noticed what happened...
