Ed, Graham, and I each got 1 Standard and 1 Deluxe Edition. I'm very anxious for Ed & Graham to see the final product. The rest should arrive by sea freight in about 4 to six weeks. Those of you who place advance orders will have your books shipped as soon as they arrive.
