Cooper was right about many things and I was a big fan. I believe he advocated having a plan before a crisis arose. Think of how to defend your space. Most people do not think about an intruder in their home for instance and what would they do if this were to happen. Age plays a part in this kind of thinking..Today's news, an 84 year old past Miss America shot out the tires of some fellow who was trespassing on her property. Spunky gal with a plan and a .38!
