Default Re: german luger pistols

Bill,

Welcome aboard again! Another good area to lear Lugers are the set of books by Jan Still, "Imperial Lugers", "Weimar Lugers", and "Third Reich Lugers". The era of collecting would determine which book to buy first. They give a lot of detail and stats on the pistols. A good book for reading the entire history is John Walters book, "The Luger Pistol". If you would take a look at the Link & Resources on the main page, you will find Jan Stills website and information on his books and where to purchase. Good Luck and please keep coming backto the Forum.
