Jerry, There are many more commerative Mauser Parabellums, than the 2 that you mentioned plus a couple of target models and several styles of engraved &/or plated ones. Unfortunately, I'm currently sold out of "The Mauser Parabellum" books by Francis Allen, by you might want to look for one, if this is your desired area of collecting. TH PS:If you search this site, you will also find some topics on some variations in marking and machining of the standard issue ones. Also, Mauser used a Green & White box for sales outside of the USA. Only Interarms had the Blue & White boxes with their name on them.
