Thanks Bill..I just got some information from Dave K on Jan's Forum. Appears this is either a Merkel or a Simson.
I guess I would have to say it might not be a Simson as they were out of business when this was made in 45-47? Any ideas on that theory? http://www.hallowellco.com/double_kersten_locks.htm This link shows my lock exactly.
