It's a scarce 1910/34 close to end of production in 1940. Possibly Czech police issued just prior to German invasion or post war. It would be worth going after. The "38" could be the year of issue. Germany invaded Poland in Sept.1939 and Czechoslovakia in 1940 if I recall correctly. What type of grip configuration does it have? Ron
