Edward, I knew exactly what you meant. This type of stuff is really facinating and a great subject for discussion, ideas, viewpoints whatever. I've read two different books on the Custer archeology work. I love that kind of stuff - betting you and alot of other forum members do also! Tell you a funny story. In Paris quite a number of years ago, my wife and I were going through the French Military Museum. She kept groaning about me lingering at every display. I could have stayed all day of course. Anyway in one room they had kind of a diorama with one of napoleon's actual tents set up. We stood there for a bit looking at it and I remarked "just imagine Napoleon Boneparte actually in that tent and planned battles and campaigns". She gave me a puzzled look and simply said "our tents bigger than that". She's great lady but some people just have different interests!
