Hi All,
In Michigan for a handgun, the age is 21 to purchase from an FFL , but 18 to purchase from a private owner. 18 year old must then have the handgun 'inspected' (registered) by local police agency - just like everybody else. My nephew had to buy his first one that way, used VS new. Pretty strange eh? Fritz. |
