Second, the .30 Luger is 1.175" LOA, Bullet Dia. is .308 - .310 (7.65x30 Parabellum) Third, the .30 Mauser is 1.381" LOA, Bullet Dia. is .309 - .311 (7.63x35 Mauser) I don't believe the three are compatible.
