Tac in Tokyo,

That is one of my favorite places in world to be. Looks like you are there for some time. I hope you have the chance to get around Japan and neighboring countries as well. Then, again, you may be an old hand in Asia for all I know.

Back to the markings in the underside of the rear sight band on my LP08.

'15 TONS PER (square) " '

There is a (St. Anthony's?) cross with 'R' in the west quadrant, what looks like 'P' in the east quadrant, and possibly '2' in the south quadrant, and the north quadrant is empty. The north-west leg of the cross seems to have a single hash mark across it.

Does the â??15 TONSâ?? mean they actually tested it with that force?
