Default General William Hoge

I know this hasnâ??t anything to do with Lugers, however for some of you that collect and gather other Military history, I currently have access to General William Hogeâ??s personnel diary, scrapbook, and sidearm, metals ECTâ?¦. and would be happy to foreword photos of info and other requested items if interested.

For those of you who donâ??t remember Gen. Hoge, he fought in WW1, in 1940 build the ALCAN Highway, WWII, June 6th 1944 landed at OMAHA Beach, March 1945, his unit, Ninth Armored Division is credited with capturing the Ludendorff Bridge, intact, fought at the BATTLE of the BULGE, 1951 commanding General IV Corps, 8th Army Korea, 1953 Commander-in -Chief US Army Europe.

I came upon this stuff by accident, when I was asked to do some research into a government issued Colt model 1908 which turn out to belong to General Hoge.

Contact me for more info.
