1937 lugers made by S/42 (Mauser) are as manufactured. The 38 on all the parts (and on firing pin and hold open latch as well as inside of each stock) are the as-manufactured parts. It is all original except for the hobby finish. Nickel/chroming was popular here in the US on WW2 captured guns. As described it is a 1937 military luger with an after war plating finish. There are a few navy lugers that are in the 1937 year but they have numbers on the grip straps and are extremely rare. The value depends on the buyer but I would range it from $250 to $450.
