cheap parts for Luger?

The two words "cheap" and Luger certainly don't go together, LOL!

Seriously, if you watch e-bay, auction arms, gunbroker, etc, you may run across some parts that are reasonable. Sometime gun shows will have dealers selling various parts, but it is a "catch as catch can" situation. When the import Lugers first hit the market, there were a lot of pistols being parted out and the seller could make more off the parts than the entire pistol. Once the imports dried up, so did the "cheap" parts.
