Luke, I too do not want to cause any thing among folks, as Ted is a friend of mine. But as a moderator, and the questions I have received over the last year, i thought I should speak out...

This last year I have had 5 or 6 e-mails from forum members asking if 8 months to a year was normal for him to have their guns, and 2 of those were well over 15 months.

I have to guess that he has a 2nd job and can not devote as much time to working on them, as I would not be confortable paying in advance and waiting so long. I am guessing it is why there have sprung up at least two other "luger restorers" on the gun boards and gunbroker this last year...
