Pete, and all, I am still puzzled about this beautiful Swiss gun. It appears to be an early commercial piece. The magazine is not pictured but should, I believe, NOT have a Swiss disc on the sides of the wood bottom and should have the old style flat loading button. But I think I see in the top photo that the frame may have a groove in it for the later type relieved magazine. Of course, if true, these modifications were often made later and wouldn't mean much. It would be nice, nevertheless, to see photos of the magazine.
