"Sneaky"
Hello Again My Friend ;
Must point out that the threads end in a 30 degree angle with individual die tooth endings around the barrel end of the cut threads . Also the cap is torn from the thread for four threads "out" on the upper part of the barrel and cutting operation has removed the Blueing . This was definitly an "After Production" machine operation We're looking at . All of these are tipical only to die cutting and I have never seen them on lathe cut (chased) threads . They are most likely the result of "Tailstock Turret Die" Cutting . It requires a very close look to see these and they are not illusions . Just my observations as I see them . However we do agree that this must be John D's Assassin left over from last month . Couldnt sneak that on over on us "Dok" , "We Gotcha" . ViggoG |
