i search for my new Mauser-K-S/42 numbered 5057 (without any letter) an original nickel-plated, alu-bottomed mag with this number. i know, it is very difficult, but maybe does anyone have the matching magazine for my luger. mails to: dkastel@web.de many thanks. dieter from germany

I too am looking for mags and stocks for my Lugers. When I get my act together I intend to use the forums classified section. It seems like a good place to start.

Don Hallock also publishes a list of available mags. I think he has some sort of ad in our classified section. I forgot to look it up before writing you this hi-priority message. If he is not there, call (425) 432-6665. Then you can get on his mailing list.

Otherwise, all you really have is Ebay and luck. And you will need lots of luck. But that is what collecting is all about. The chase.
