First of all... welcome to the Lugerforum... I only have a couple of minutes this morning, but I wanted to answer your main questions. The small letter "c" indicates that this gun is the fourth series marked with this serial number in the year of manufacture (1916)... The first series would have no letter code, the second would be "a" and so forth... The 8,82 under the barrel is the bore diameter in millimeters... It is a very nice specimen and nice that you have the complete rig. It is unfortunate that somewhere along the line the closure strap on the holster was repaired by using a crude rivit instead of having it properly stitched... other than that, it all looks original... I am sure others will be along today and comment on the other markings for you... I just don't have time... Later... and once again welcome. There is much to learn on this website about Lugers and many very experienced and knowledgeable folks willing to share their widsom...
