Default Special Swiss 06/29

Hi, I want to share with you an interesting web site: the museum of the Swiss Federal shooting event which take place every 5 years.

http://www.schuetzenmuseum.ch/index....id=7&Itemid=27

For the non German speaking friends, I have tried to translate the text into english, sorry in advance for the mistake...:
Parabellum pistols Mod. 1906/29, with long barrel. Special preparation for the world championship in Buenos Aires 1949.

They are only 6 pairs, which were back worked after completion of the world championship again into the original state. Heinrich Kelle from Frauenfeld became with such a weapon world champion.

Weapon No. 1: Barrel lenght 20 cm
weapon No. 2: Barrel lenght 17 cm
weapon No. 3 as comparison: normal weapon with 12 cm barel.

My conclusion: What a hell of a gun!!!
Best regards
