It's not that exciting story.
I was training a dog for search.. Usually we used a dog toy called "kong", witch was also his treat for doing a good job. In this case, I wanted to try another item. The brilliant idea to use the glock hit me like a lightning.. Don't know if it was the disappointment or not, but the dog started chewing on the plastic instead of returning with it. Most of the frame and magazine found its way to the belly.. Even if the dog survived eating the plastic, the dog had to be taken out of duty for incompetence. That was the biggest expense, takes a lot of work to train up those dogs..
