I got it from Ralph Shattuck and forgot to ask. One of his notes indicates only two were known in the early '90s. Ralph did tell me only 100 were ever manufactured. With all the collective knowledge on the Forum, I thought someone might be able to enlighten me. __________________ Art in metal and wood
