luger use other than german military

since the luger was a useful early selfloading pistol at the turn of the century, i was wondering if anyone had seen photos of its use besides the german military. there had to be firearms enthusiasts who had to have one. i've seen a few photos from the old west that show an occasional one and there was a documentary on the history channel about the AVG flying tigers and one pilot had one in a belt holster. what do you think?
