I don't know very much about these guns. This rig is from the son of a vet. What do you think is a fair price?

Also, what does the number 92 signify on the lower frame forward of the cylinder? Otherwise the gun is all matching, even the screws!

Thanks for the help, his dad just passed and his wife hates guns, I would like to offer him a fair price for the rig.
