Post Unidentifiable Luger

Fellows: Please help me out with this. I don't know what I have. I picked up this S-42 1937 dated Luger. This Luger came out of a private estate and owned by the one fellow for over 30 years. As you can see, it has the rear Navy toggle. The gun has matched numbers throughout, excepting the front sight blade. It has adjustable front sight, 100-200 meter rear Navy-type sight, Proper Eagle 63 proofs. Barrel is numbered to the gun as well, but there is no barrel proof. I know that there were no Navys made in 1937 with a 6" barrel and rear Navy sight. Maybe someone out there can tell me more about this intriguing weapon. I am trying to post photos but not having much luck. I'll keep trying
