newbie price check

hi guys, dont know much about lugers but i have a chance to get a naval luger for 600.00 bucks. the togglle has dwm with 83 xed out and 21 stamped in.the top is dated 1915 with 1921 on the side with 21 stamped on the other peices. its blued and not in bad shape. not great condition i would say decent.bore is decent also. didnt see any other stamps on it. wood grips and magazine # matched also. thx for any help or advise!
