Gents & Ladies (if there are any here...),

I agree with the remark about 'Luger snobs' previously mentioned. But I will say that the Mauser Parabellums were far, far better quality manufacture than any other postwar Luger I've seen, w/ all due respect to the Texas made ones of Mr. Romo.

Despite the cost-cutting measures undertaken on the Mauser-P's, they were / are fine shooters.

FTR, what is a NIB (Mauser-P) 1929 Swiss pattern, 4" - 9mm worth to you folks?

The SOB, piece of dung, flaky dealer pinched the OEM manual & target when new, the young owner did not know it even CAME w/ a manual (bought in July 1978) until encountering a used one years later w/ factory target & manual. But the box is there, cleaning rod & 2 mags. Unfired.

Just curious, said I'd ask here.

Danke schoen
