7.65mm to 9mm conversion

Hi guys, just picked up a really nice mauser 7.65mm luger today. its in excellent condition. must be a fairly new model. its definitely a post wwii model. no pics uploaded yet. should have them tonight. looks to be about 95% new

anyway i was wondering(since this 7.65 ammo is EXPENSIVE) is it possible to convert over to a 9mm and if so what all is involved.
