Lugers at Random and Shrunken heads

How much is a fair price for a copy of Lugers at Random by Charles Kenyon? I have a chance to get one, but considering my financial situation I dont want to overpay. Thanks an advance for any info. Also I have a shrunken head, appears to be real and is in an old plastic dome with brass base.
