Sticking grip safety and safety on a 1929 Swiss?

Thanks for the replys folks. It is the 1929 that I just got from FGS Pete. I have called them and will be returning the gun for an exchange to them. Although I was disappointed with the gun Ken Clark there has been wonderful to work with and I should have the new gun by next week. There is no reason to keep a gun and have a hassle with it if I can return it for one of equal quality that works.
