Post Bronze base magazine

I have a 1918 DWM 'm' date w/o proofs or acceptance marks or caliber stamp on underside of barrel. This P-08 has been in the family for quite awhile so I know a bit of it's history. It came w/ a bronze or possibly brass based nickle magazine w/ no markings of any sort. The magazine follower appears unused, additionally, the pistol shows no indications of ever having been unfired. The follower button is missing but I am not sure if it was ever there. I guess my question is; does anyone know anything about this magazine?? Also, I would like to put a button on the follower if I could find one. Does anyone have one and how much? Thanks.
